Sistine Sunset

Some evenings on the Gulf feels painted. Warm gold, soft blue, muted rose — color layered across the sky with the kind of richness usually reserved for ceilings in Rome.

A single exposure made with intentional camera movement. No composites, no stacking, no digital embellishment. The light is what the evening actually delivered — Susan's motion simply translated it into something closer to brushwork than photography. Its companion print, Room of Tears, was made during the same session and reads as a quieter counterpart.
