Snow on the Beach

Florida doesn't get snow... often. But certain winter evenings on 30A, the light does something cold and strange to the Gulf — pale blush, soft white, drifting blue — and the shoreline briefly pretends otherwise.

A single exposure made with ICM. No composites, no digital effects. Warm streaks of coral float above the sand like the last embers of sunset, while everything above reads as quiet winter. The familiar becomes unfamiliar, in-camera, in one frame.
